Southampton Parkrun - The Common (9:00 am - 11:00 am)
Join the FREE weekly 5km timed run at Southampton Common, The Avenue, SO15 7NN, and perhaps enjoy a post-run coffee at the Hawthorns Café. You are asked to register before your first run so that you can monitor your time, but you can run entirely at your own pace.

International Dance Day - St Denys Church (10:00 am - 5:00 pm)
"In Southampton City the visual artist’s, Joss López, Helen Trimarco Ransome and the music band Ruby Blue Trio, along with the performer of Spanish Dance Chelo López, Contemporary Dancers Bárbara Végmed and Mouna Marega and choreographer,Jose Luis Donaldson, will be presenting a programme of activities from the morning into the afternoon that include several workshops of painting and drawing, dance and sculpture with live music, all of it linked to International Dance Day."

Bitterne Litter Team First Anniversary Litter Pick - Bitterne (10:00 am - 12:00 - noon)
First year anniversary event will meet at 10am near the taxi rank by Lloyds Bank. Wear sensible shoes and bring gloves.
"Over the last year we have collected well in excess of 500 bags of litter and really made a difference to the area we live in.  What a fantastic group of community minded people. Please pass on information to fiends, family and neighbours so we can increase our pool of volunteers."
Equipment sponsored by Humble Plumb pub and Southampton City Council.
