Cargo/Family Bike Ride - Riverside Park (1:00 pm - 2:00 pm)
Meets at Riverside Park play area (Cobden Meadows) and cycling as far as people want - perhaps as far as Itchen Country Park if people want to, with cargo bikes (including "human cargo") or regular bikes.


Acting UP Drama Classes - Cobbett Hub & Library (4:30 pm)
Bringing fun back into Drama!

Enjoy learning new skills, whilst building confidence and exploring your imagination.

Acting UP provides affordable drama classes for 4-16 year olds and have new classes starting on Tuesdays during term-time, on 13th September, at Cobbett Hub and Library.

Our classes give students the opportunity to perform scripts, create theatre, explore puppetry and play games to improve coordination, promote teamwork and to have fun playing, creating and learning together.

16:30-17:30 4-7 years
17:30-18:30 7-11 years
18:30-19:30 11-16 years

Donations Accepted At BP Food Bank (10:00 am - 3:00 pm)
You can donate much needed food & clothing at the Old Chemist at Bitterne Park Triangle, which becomes a food bank on Wednesdays 10am-3pm (check holiday periods). These are distributed across the network of Basics Banks as required. Tinned food, dry foods like pasta, jars of sauces etc especially welcomed. The Bitterne Park Singers – Bitterne Park School (6:00 pm - 8:00 pm)
A mixed ability singing group for anyone aged 16 and over. You don’t need to audition, and no previous singing experience is required. The group meets weekly during term time at Bitterne Park School, 1 Copsewood Rd, Southampton SO18 1BU and sings a variety of popular songs. Come along for a free taster session.

‘Love Our Waterfront’ Walk - Bargate To Mayflower Park (11:30 am - 1:30 pm)
Greens are asking Southampton people to join their ‘Love our Waterfront’ walk from The Bargate to Mayflower Park on Saturday, February 25, which they say will be “colourful and musical”, as they demand that greater access to the waterside environments, and particularly the Mayflower Park shoreline, is given priority over the demands of developers.
