Image The Wellbeing Day - a holistic health and healing fair featuring natural therapies, tasters, demos, spiritual talks, a meditation, books, oils, crystals and more - returns to Highfield on Saturday, and bitternepark.info has three double tickets to give away.

The event takes place at the Highfield House Hotel in Highfield Lane SO17 1AQ between 11am and 5pm and offers visitors the chance “to connect, explore, relax and spend time in the company of like-minded folk”.

Key speaker is local spiritual healer, author and workshop leader, Anne Jones, at 1.30pm in the talks lounge.

Also speaking are Debbie McDougall of Heaven-Wise Health on The Munay Ki;  Byron Nadgie on The Hidden Soul and Tony Olliver of Holistica who'll be leading a 30-minute meditation.  Admission to all talks is included in the entrance fee of only Ł3!

A therapy taster scheme offers the opportunity to try three therapies for Ł24 (Ł8 each for a 20-minute session); many treatments are available under this scheme including:  EFT, hypnotherapy, Kansa Vatki foot massage, natural facelift massage, Bodytalk, Reiki, reflexology, Indian head massage, crystal therapy, back/neck/shoulder massage, Shiatsu Acculift facials, Hopi ear candling, crystal readings, Integrated Energy Therapy.

Also available will be Ripple organic aromatherapy products, Tarot readings, Resonance Repatterning with EFT, Golden Keys to Ascension books and oils, Spiritual Healing, intuitive readings with numerology and information about The Reconnection.
