Over the last couple of weeks 23 cars have been vandalised in Bitterne Park, says Carole Dennis.She says she's learnt that, over the past couple of weeks, 23 cars have had their passenger windows smashed in the Bitterne Park area; six of these were apparently last Friday evening (April 18) in Cobbett Road. One victim said nothing was stolen from his vehicle, it was just damage that was done.
