Should we create grammar schools in Southampton, asks MP PDF Print E-mail
Saturday, 03 December 2016 12:28

Royston Smith The MP for Southampton Itchen, Royston Smith (Con), is running what he describes as a “local referendum” on his website, asking whether respondents are in favour of the creation of new grammar schools in Southampton.

Holding local referendums on important issues is one of several “pledges” Smith has made on his website. You can read his others if you scroll down on this web page.

To take part, which you can do from this link, it looks as if you have to include your name, email and postal address. The site doesn’t say when the process closes.
