The Summer Reading Challenge takes place every year during summer holidays. Children sign up at their local library, read six books and collect stickers as they head towards their goal.

It launches at local libraries in Southampton on Saturday, July 11 and runs until Saturday, September 5.

For more information see the council's website, and the Summer Reading Challenge website.
