Could it be second time lucky for the International Family Day Festival in Riverside Park on Sunday (Sept 28), which was postponed in July because of the threat of poor weather?
“This unique project wants to promote the beauty and uniqueness of the park and the multicultural population of Southampton,” says the festival’s website
“Our aim is to unite different nationalities, families with different traditions and culture in a unique location that is Riverside Park in Southampton. We are planning a day full of activities for kids, teenagers and adults.”
Advertised are live music, dance shows, Zumba, culture, rides, a bouncy castle, prizes, food and more.
