Celebrating small businesses

An event at Southampton Central Library on Saturday, December 7 celebrates Small Business Saturday – a “grass-roots campaign that encourages people to shop local and support small businesses”.


It will include speed networking sessions, and speakers and presentations including:

  • Prof ED Berman -  "The Need for Accessible Business Training "
  • Alison John (Space Qube) – “How Pop up shops can revive our high streets”
  • Chris Buckingham – “Crowd funding – an alternative way to funding your business”
