Will young ghouls dodge Halloween downpours?

20121031_Triangle Halloween_3177Update Thurs 3pm: rain now forecast from 8pm The BBC is currently forecasting Halloween on Thursday to be "mostly cloudy with outbreaks of rain, perhaps drier later". So anyone hoping to take part in what's become something of a traditonal parade from the Triangle at 6pm for young ghouls, ghosts (under 10s) and their parents might just dodge the downpours - unlike last year. In previous years those parading have brought flasks of soup and ideas for games in the dark, and no trick or treating is involved. They tend to meet at The Triangle, often by the post box.
