Bitterne Park school memories |

Two fascinating web pages recall schooldays in the 50s and 60s at Bitterne Infant and Junior Schools, and Bitterne Park Secondary Mixed School - which was then apparently housed in Manor Farm Road, on the site of the current junior school.
Steve Adams was inspired to set up the page about the secondary school
when he got back in touch with Pat Miller through Friends Reunited. Pam
was in his class, and together they've tried to list pupils and staff
from memories, old photographs and even signatures on Steve's report
book!
Both pages are well worth a visit, if only to find out more about the
history of the schools in the area. You may even have memories yourself
from these times, and be able to help Steve and Pat fill in a few gaps
on their sites.
